Teaching Workshop

Teaching Operant Conditioning Workshop (Instructor Level)

The Teaching Operant Conditioning Workshop is the final and most demanding level of the Bailey workshop series, designed for trainers ready to move beyond performance and into true mastery. In this intensive, hands-on course, you will be required to teach other students to design and execute complex behavior chains using chickens as a model system. Emphasis is placed on real-time analysis, precise criteria setting, and clear, effective communication.

You will be evaluated not on what you can do—but on what you can produce through others. Through mission-based training challenges, you will design plans, coach in real time, diagnose errors, and adapt under pressure. This workshop is physically, mentally, and emotionally demanding, and is intended for those committed to achieving excellence in both training and instruction.
